摘要
随着中国高校研究生数量扩招,研究生群体更为复杂,其思想意识、行为表现,尤其是就业倾向也更加多元化。同时,面对复杂多变的国际环境,我国提出了“大思政”育人的精神和要求,要求高校积极引导学生投身国家需要的行业。本文提出了研究生“1+N”培养模式,运用协同理论,着力从“大思政”育人工作系统内部参与主体、运行机理、路径选择等方面,围绕1个目标(培养研究生成为工程精英、社会中坚),建构N个培养平台,探求更好地实现“全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人”,服务新时代高等教育内涵式发展需求,为推进提升高校育人水平提供思路和实践。
With the expansion of postgraduate admission in Chinese universities,graduate communities become more complex,with greatly diversified ideology,behavior,and especially employment tendency.While at the same time,China puts forward to the principle and request of“macro ideological and political education”to counter the complex and changeable international environment,calling for universities to actively guide graduates to devote themselves to national needs.Applying the synergetic theory,this paper proposes a“1+N”cultivation mode for postgraduates.It focuses on the internal participants,operational mechanism and path selection in the“macro ideological and political education”system.Centering on one goal(to cultivate postgraduates to be elite and social backbone engineers),it is meant to construct N cultivation platforms to better realize“all-involved,whole-process and all-round”education.It is to serve the connotative development needs of higher education in the new era,and to provide concepts and practices a higher level of graduate education.
