This paper discusses the development status of block chain technology and block chain industry in Hangzhou.Through investigation,policy interpretation and charrette,the main impact factors of the development of blockchain in Hangzhou are explored to promote the application of blockchain technology in more areas of people's livelihood,and solve the problems about data sharing and the data island,fully enable the real economy,and make the blockchain industry a new highland for the development of digital economy in Hangzhou.
