“知行合一”视角下大学生拖延行为的改善路径

摘要 大学生拖延行为产生于拖延动机的显现,而其实质是知与行的分离。解决拖延行为的方法在于弥合知行间的距离,消解拖延的动机。通过考察王阳明“知行合一”思想,可以明确“知行合一”的必然性,为拒绝拖延行为提供了理论支持。知行分离的原因在于私欲的阻隔和“真知”的缺位。从现实出发,做到“知行合一”,在拖延行为产生前作出正确抉择,拒绝拖延行为的发生,为大学生减少拖延行为提供一条改善路径。 College students’procrastination behavior comes from the manifestation of procrastination motivation,and its essence is the separation of knowledge and action.The way to solve procrastination behavior is to bridge the distance between knowledge and action and eliminate the motivation of procrastination.By examining WANG Yang-ming’s thought of“Unity of Knowledge and Action”,we can clarify the inevitability of“Unity of Knowledge and Action”and provide theoretical support for refusing procrastination.It is clear that the reason for the separation of knowledge and action lies in the barrier of personal desires and the absence of“true knowledge”.Starting from reality,achieve“Unity of Knowledge and Action”,make a correct choice before the occurrence of procrastination and refuse the occurrence of procrastination,so as to provide a new path to reduce procrastination of college students.
