传统商业街区的更新设计研究——以南坪中心广场街区为例

Research on Renewal Design of Traditional Commercial Blocks--A Case of Nanping Central Square Block

传统商业街区作为我国21世纪初各个城市的经济中心,反映了当时的城市地域特征、文化、经济、社会剪影。随着经济发展,传统商业街区日渐式微。本文以重庆市南坪中心广场商业街区为例,通过探索研究传统商业街区的更新改造方式,以提升街区的空间质量、商业活力、环境品质。

As the economic center of various cities in China at the beginning of the 21st century,the traditional commercial block reflects the urban regional characteristics,culture,economy and social silhouette at that time.With the economic development,the traditional commercial block is declining day by day.Taking the commercial block of Nanping central square in Chongqing as an example,this paper explores and studies the renewal and transformation methods of the traditional commercial block in order to improve the space quality,commercial vitality and environmental quality of the block.
