港口仓储类工业遗产适应性再利用策略——以青岛市大港区为例

Adaptive Reuse Strategy of Port Warehousing Industrial Heritage--A Case of Dagang District in Qingdao

港口仓储类工业遗产中两个典型的遗产要素是筒仓和仓库,应分辨并保护它们的核心价值,提取旧仓储建筑中的特色基因并恰当转译。如何使筒仓和仓库这两种不同的要素在同一个滨海环境中处理得当,既保留历史层积性又具当下时代特性,是本文研究的重点。通过对筒仓和仓库的分类和结构、平面的提取,识别并转译核心要素,基于青岛市大港区工业遗存要素的详细调研资料,找到港口仓储类工业遗产的适应性再利用策略,助力城市特色的挖掘和文脉延续。

Silos and warehouses are two typical heritage elements in the industrial heritage of port warehousing.Their core values should be distinguished and protected,and characteristic genes in the old warehouse buildings should be extracted and properly translated.How to deal with silo and warehouse properly in the same coastal environment and to preserve the historical stratification and the characteristics of the current era is the focus of this paper.Through classifying and extracting the structure and plane of silos and warehouses,identifying and translating the core elements,based on the detailed investigation data of industrial heritage elements in Dagang District of Qingdao,the paper finds the adaptive reuse strategy of port warehousing industrial heritage so as to promote the excavation of urban characteristics and the continuation of cultural context.
