贵州高校毕业生就业现状及促进对策研究

A Study on Current Situation of College Graduates Employment in Guizhou and Its Promoting Countermeasures

贵州高校毕业生就业整体水平较高,但持续稳定就业面临诸多挑战:毕业生规模持续扩大,“慢就业”“缓就业”者增多,供给与需求之间的结构性矛盾仍将长期存在,人才培养质量有待提高,就业政策有待完善。本研究在分析贵州高校毕业生就业新趋势的基础上,提出了牢固树立抢人才就是抢发展的“双抢”意识,大力实施提学历、提能力的“双提”工程,引向基层、引向民营企业就业的“双引”工程,提升学校与政府就业服务水平的“双服”工程,以及加大就业政策促进力度、构建高质量就业支撑体系等就业促进措施。

The overall level of employment of college graduates in Guizhou is relatively high,but the continuous and stable employment faces many challenges.First,the scale of graduates continues to expand.Secondly,the number of"slow employment"and"sluggish employment"has increased,which makes the structural contradiction between supply and demand continue to exist in long-term.In addition,the quality of talent training needs to be improved,and the employment policy needs to be promoted.Based on the analysis of the new employment trends of college graduates in Guizhou,this research proposes to firmly establish the"double-grab"awareness that securing talents is to secure development.Vigorously implement the following four projects:the"double-raising"project of improving academic qualifications and abilities,the"dual introduction"project of directing employment torural areas and private enterprises,the"dual service"project of improving the employment service level of colleges and the government.In addition,employment promotion measures such as increasing the promotion of employment policies and establishing a high-quality employment support system should also be taken.
