生态系统视角下宁滁区域一体化发展模式研究

摘要 在长三角一体化的发展背景下,南京与滁州这两座毗邻的城市面临着巨大的机遇与挑战。生态一体化是区域协同发展的重要方面,宁滁两地生态系统联系紧密,亟须适宜的协同发展模式助力两地实现高质量可持续发展。本文通过梳理国内外生态一体化理论研究和案例,总结发展经验与范本,探寻问题解决途径和融合策略,并依据对两地生态系统结构与一体化困境的分析,结合多理论构建生态结构统筹规划、自然资源绿色可持续、区域管理共治共享的全方位多层次生态系统协同发展模式。通过这种高效的发展策略,突破两地行政壁垒,推动宁滁可持续协同发展,为长三角一体化高质量发展提供助力。 Under the background of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta,Nanjing and Chuzhou are facing great opportunities and challenges.Ecological integration is an important aspect of regional coordinated development.Ning-Chu ecosystem is closely connected with each other,so it is urgent to find a suitable mode of coordinated development to promote high-quality and sustainable development of both places.Through combing the domestic and international research and cases of ecological integration theory,the paper summarizes the development experience and the model,and searches the solution way and the fusion strategy.According to the analysis on the ecosystem structure and integration dilemma of the two places,an all-round and multi-level eco-system coordinated development model is constructed with many theories,which has overall planning,green and sustainable development natural resources,and co-governance and co-sharing regional management.Through this efficient development strategy,the administrative barriers between the two places is broken through to promote the sustainable and coordinated development of Ning-Chu and to provide impetus for high quality development of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.
