昆明金康园小区活动广场使用后评价(POE)研究

Research on Post-Occupancy Evaluation of Kunming Jinkangyuan Community Square

住宅小区的活动广场是居民进行活动交往的重要空间,其使用情况能在一定程度上反映居民居住环境的质量。本文以昆明金康园小区活动广场为研究对象,对其进行使用后评价研究,通过运用观察法、图像记录法、访谈法和问卷调查法对小区活动广场的现状、使用人群、行为模式、空间使用情况、满意度等进行调查、分析和研究,从而发现一些存在的问题,并对此提出可能的改进策略。

The activity square of the community is an important space for the activity and communication of the residents,and its use situation can reflect the quality of the resident’s living environment to some extent.The paper takes the activity square of Jinkangyuan Community in Kunming as the research object,investigates analyzes and studies the current conditions,use groups,behavior modes,spatial using conditions,satisfaction,etc.with the meth-ods of observation,photo record method,interview and questionnaire to find the existing problems,and then puts forward several possible improvement strategies.
