产业转型升级背景下乡镇建筑设计策略探析——以甘肃省陇南市康县长坝镇为例

Analysis on the Design Strategy of Township Building under the Background of Industry Upgrading and Transformation--A Case of Changba Town in Kang County,Longnan,Gansu

“十四五”规划时期,我国将开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家的崭新征程,乡村振兴迎来新篇章,乡镇产业将进一步转型升级,城乡二元壁垒被逐渐打破,以往的乡镇建筑与乡镇产业的发展逐渐脱节,甚至造成阻碍。为更好地服务于乡镇产业转型升级,使新时代乡镇产业发展与传统乡村文化兼收并蓄,打造符合时代需求的乡镇建筑,统筹发展与传承,本文首先对乡镇建筑现状进行研究,从而对乡镇建筑与乡镇产业的关系进行梳理论证,进而规划乡镇建筑的设计方向和设计要点。

During the period of the 14th Five-Year Plan,China will embark on a new journey of building a socialist and modern nation-state in an all-round way.The rural revitalization usheres in a new chapter,the township industries carries out further transformation and upgrading,the urban-rural dual barriers are broken gradually,and the previous township buildings are separated from the development of township industries,which even lead to obstacles.In order to better serve the transformation and upgrading of township industries,to enable the development of township industries and traditional rural culture in the new era,to create township buildings that meet the needs of the times,and to coordinate development and inheritance,the current conditions of the township buildings are studied to comb and theoretically prove the relationship between the township buildings and township industries.Finally,the paper proposes the design direction and design points of the township architecture.
