青岛里院建筑保护图则编制研究

Study on Explanatory Drawing for the Conservation of Qingdao Liyuan Buildings

本文结合青岛里院建筑的保护现状和特色价值要素,总结青岛里院建筑保护过程中存在的问题。在国内已有的历史建筑保护图则研究的基础上,归纳里院建筑控制与引导方案,以图文结合的方式阐明保护要求,并从基础信息、功能引导、保护范围、保护对象、价值要素、保护措施等方面进行详细解读,形成标准化保护图则编制体系,为历史建筑提供个性化的保护策略。

Combining with the protection status and characteristic value elements of Qingdao courtyard buildings,the paper summarizes the problems existing in the protection process of Qingdao courtyard buildings.On the basis of the research on the existing domestic historical building protection plans,the paper summarizes the control and guidance plan of the courtyard buildings,clarifies the protection requirements in a combination of graphics and text.Then starting from basic information,function guidance,protection scope,protection objects,value elements,and protection measures,detailed interpretation is conducted out to form a standardized protection plan compilation system,and to provide individualized protection strategies for historical buildings.
