基于因子分析法的大学校园广场空间活力研究——以西南交通大学犀浦校区为例

Study on the Spatial Vitality of University Campus Square Based on Factor Analysis--A Case of Xipu Campus of Southwest Jiaotong University

随着每年学生数量、高校建设数量越来越多,一些学校建设规模越来越大,很多校区用地规模达到一两千平方米甚至更多。超大规模的校区规划也带来很多问题,如校园广场空间常常是一片空地,缺乏细节和人性化的设计。本文以西南交通大学犀浦校区的一处广场为调研对象,基于因子分析法,总结得出影响校园广场空间活力的有效性因子,提出校园广场空间的评价与优化策略,为今后大学校园广场空间规划提供参考依据。

With the increasing number of students every year,the number and scale of university construction are increasing.The land scale of many campuses reaches two or three thousand m2 or even more.The super large-scale campus planning also brings many problems.Among them,the campus square space is often an open space,lacking some details and humanized design.Taking a square in Xipu campus of Southwest Jiaotong University as the research object,this paper summarizes the effectiveness factors affecting the spatial vitality of campus square based on factor analysis,and finally obtains the evaluation and optimization strategy of campus square space,so as to provide a reference basis for the spatial planning of campus square in the future.
