建造的自发性与专业性——当代“草根群体”的居住空间品质提升实践剖析

The Spontaneity and Professionalism of Construction--Analysis on the Living Space Quality Improvement Practice for Contemporary“Grassroot Group”

随着大量人口涌入城市,城市居住空间趋于紧张,造成了低收入群体自发地建造居住空间的现象。本文以上海市隆昌公寓及定海社区为例,对自发性建造现象及其利弊进行分析,并结合上海市“水塔之家”、深圳市福田水围柠盟人才公寓等建筑改造实践,对专业性建造介入以提升“草根群体”居住空间品质的必要性进行分析。总结“草根群体”居住空间品质提升的合理实践策略,即在专业性建造介入的同时应注重底层群体的诉求,以人性化设计助其实现居住尊严。

As a large number of population flooded into cities,the living space in cities tends to be tense in China.The low-income group triggers spontaneous construction phenomenon in the living space.This paper takes the Longchang Apartment and Dinghai Community in Shanghai as an example to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of spontaneous construction phenomena.Combined with the“water tower”,Shenzhen Shuiwei LM Youth Community and other architectural renovation practice,the paper analyzes the necessity for improving the quality of living space for“grassroot group”,and summarizes the rational practice strategies for improving the quality of living space for the“grassroot group”,that is,paying attention to the need of the underlying group with the intervention of professional construction,and helping them achieve resident dignity with humanistic design.
