基于老年人行为需求的养老机构交通空间适老化设计研究

Study on the Aging Design of the Traffic Space of the Elderly Care Institutions Based on the Behavioral Needs of the Elderly

俗话说“人老先老腿”,交通空间的使用情况对老年人在养老机构内的生活与交往有直接影响。本文从老年人的行为特征及行为需求出发,剖析老年人行为的类型,并总结老年人不同行为对交通空间的需求要素,并有针对性地从多元化的空间组织、广泛适用的空间设计、舒适的交通环境、柔和的空间过渡、可达的视线需求以及完善的标识系统六个方面,提出了交通空间的设计策略,以期为老年人营造一个安心舒适的养老环境氛围。

As the saying goes“old people feet first decline”,the use of traffic space has a direct impact on the life and communication of the elderly in the elderly care institutions.This paper analyzes the types of elderly behavior from the behavioral characteristics and needs of the elderly,and summarizes the demand factors of different behaviors of the elderly for traffic space.Finally,the paper puts forward the design strategy of traffic space from six aspects:diversified spatial organization,widely applicable space design,comfortable traffic environment,soft space transition,accessible sight demand and perfect marking system with a view to create a safe and comfortable environment for the elderly.
