克州“地摊经济”发展现状及路径探究

On the current situation and path of the“Land-sharing economy”in Kezhou

本文通过文献研究法、实地考察法和访谈交流等方式,对克州“地摊经济”的发展状况做一研究,同时对其发展过程中出现的一些问题和存在的阻碍及原因进行了分析,最后从“地摊经济”的管理者、经营者和消费者三个主体出发,试图为营造一个物流有序、道路畅通、环境整洁、不扰居民的“地摊经济”发展环境,提出强化职能部门管理、严守摆摊规定、树立正确消费观等建议。

Through the methods of Literature Research,on-the-spot investigation and interview,this paper makes a study on the development of“Land-sharing economy”in Kezhou,at the same time,it analyzes some problems,obstacles and causes in its development process,and finally starts from the three main bodies of the“Land-sharing economy”:the manager,the operator and the consumer,in order to create an orderly logistics,smooth roads,clean environment,do not disturb the residents of the“Ground stall economy”development envi⁃ronment,proposed to strengthen the management of functional departments,strictly abide by the provisions of stalls,set up a correct consumption concept.
