摘要
CAD/CAM技术在数控铣削加工中的应用,可以非常便捷、直观、高效地完成简单或复杂产品零件的编程加工程序。文章以自动编程软件为载体,以高级技师试题库工件为实例,构建配合件各加工表面的二维线框或三维模型,然后分析加工工艺,做好走刀路线规划,并设置刀具及加工参数,生成加工轨迹线和数控机床可识别利用的NC程序,其实例应用方法可为其它类似工件的加工编程提供参考。
The application of CAD/CAM technology in NC milling can be very convenient,intuitive and efficient to complete the programming of simple or complex product parts.In this paper,based on the automatic programming software as the carrier,taking the senior technician test library workpiece as an example,we build a two-dimensional wireframe or three-dimensional model of each processing surface of the mating parts,then analyze the processing technology,do a good job in tool path planning,set the tool and processing parameters,and generates the machining path line and the NC program that can be recognized and used by the NC machine tool.The example application method can provide reference for other similar workpiece processing programming.
