摘要
基于机器视觉的工业机器人已在自动化生产线上得到广泛应用。文章介绍了一种基于智能机器视觉传感系统、PLC和工业机器人组成的自动化生产线工件分拣系统的方案设计、工作原理与编程应用方法,利用PLC将视觉相机拍摄到的工件的图片像素值转换成实际位置的坐标数据以及工件形状特征代号,并通过网络将数据传递给工业机器人,程序读取实际坐标数据实现工业机器人能精准抓取工件,并根据形状特征代号对不同的工件进行归类分拣,可应用于多种形状的物品的自动分拣和搬运。
Industrial robots based on machine vision have been widely used in automatic production lines.This paper introduces the scheme design,working principle and programming application method of a kind of workpiece sorting system of automatic production line based on intelligent machine vision sensing system,PLC and industrial robot.PLC is used to convert the picture pixel value of the workpiece captured by the visual camera into the coordinate data of the actual position and the shape feature code of the workpiece.The data is transmitted to the industrial robot through the network,and the program reads the actual coordinate data to realize that the industrial robot can accurately grasp the workpieces,classify and sort different workpieces according to the shape feature code,which can be applied to the automatic sorting and handling of articles of various shapes.
