摘要
目的:采用Meta分析方法评价补肾化痰法联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的有效性。方法:计算机检索CNKI、万方、维普、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Springer数据库中有关的补肾化痰法联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床随机对照试验(RCT),检索年限从建库至2020年12月。由两名研究人员独立进行文献的检索和筛选,采用Cochrane协作网综述手册评估文献质量、RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终有14篇文献共1041例RCT进入研究,Meta分析结果提示,在补肾化痰法联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征上,患者临床疗效、中医证候疗效、排卵率、妊娠率、月经改善、LH、FSH、T、E2等效果明显优于单纯使用西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但PRL和多毛评分疗效稍差,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾化痰法联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效优于单纯使用达英-35,是临床治疗该病的最佳方法。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of kidney-tonifying and phlegm-reducing therapy combined with Daying-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome by Meta analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)related to kidney-tonifying and phutm-reducing method combined with Daying-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome were searched from CNKI,Wanfang,Weip,PubMed,Cochrane Library and Springer database,and the retrieval period was from database establishment to December 2020.Literature retrieval and screening were conducted independently by two researchers,and literature quality was assessed using the Cochrane collabrador review manual,and Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan5.3 software.Results:Finally,a total of 1041 RCTs in 14 literatures were included in the study.Meta analysis results indicated that in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome by Kidney-tonifying and phlegm-reducing method combined with Daying-35,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,menstruation improvement,LH,FSH,T,E2 and other effects were significantly better than those of the western medicine group alone.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);however,the efficacy ofPRL and hiriness score was slightly worse,and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kidney-tonifying and phlegm-reducing method combined with Daying-35 is better than Daying-35 alone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,and is the best method for clinical treatment of the disease.
