摘要
随着我国新兴能源的大规模开发利用,水电行业也随之加速发展。但因国内水电工程施工企业较多,水电建筑门槛较低,而且大型水电工程项目开发减少,导致目前水电工程项目竞争激忍,中标价格往往较低,企业经营管理难度加大。为了弥补合同价格的不足,并为企业创造利润,满足企业可持续发展,做好经营管理至关重要。根据自身经营管理经验,总结了水电施工企业经营管理中存在的困难和问题,并进行原因分析,进一步理清经营管理思路,结合当今社会和行业发展,探究未来经营管理方向和路径,从而到达优化企业盈利空间,满足企业未来发展需求的目的。
With the large-scale development and utilization of emerging energy in China,the hydropower industry also accelerates its development.However,due to the large number of domestic hydropower engineering construction enterprises,the low threshold of hydropower construction,and the reduction of the development of large hydropower engineering projects,the competition of hydropower engineering projects is fierce,the bid winning price is often low and the operation and management of enterprises is more difficult.In order to make up for the shortage of contract price,create profits for enterprises and meet the sustainable development of enterprises,it is very important to do a good job in operation and management.According to their own operation and management experience,this paper summarizes the difficulties and problems existing in the operation and management of hydropower construction enterprises,analyzes the causes,further clarifies the operation and management ideas,and explores the future operation and management direction and path in combination with the development of today's society and industry,so as to optimize the profit space of the enterprise and meet the future development needs of the enterprise.
