摘要
结合废钢渣的理化性质及其作用效果,采用废钢渣代替传统的水泥进行粉质黏土地基的动力特性改良。利用共振柱试验,探讨钢渣粉质黏土混合料的动剪模量G和阻尼比D在固定围压σ_0和养护龄期条件下,随不同配合比下的变化特点。利用Kondner模型经验公式,将动剪模量归一化G/G_(max),并和阻尼比分别与动剪应变进行拟合。分析钢渣含量与最大动剪模量G_(max)和最大阻尼比D_(max)的变化规律,并与水泥粉质黏土混合料进行分析对比。试验研究表明,配合比对两种混合土体的动剪模量和阻尼比的影响最为显著;随着掺料含量的增大,动剪模量和阻尼比均呈现出先增大后减小的变化趋势;结果显示,30%的钢渣掺量可代替15%及以下掺量的水泥用于粉质黏土地基加固。试验成果明确了钢渣应用于粉质黏土地基处理的可行性,具有实际的工程意义。
In order to use scrap steel slag instead of traditional cement to improve the dynamic characteristics of silty clay foundation.With the different mixing ratios,this paper discussed the characteristics of the dynamic shear modulus and damping ratio of the steel slag silty clay mixture under certain confining pressure and certain curing age conditions by resonance column test.Test results of steel slag silty clay mixture is compared with the cement silty clay mixture.Using the empirical formula of the Kondner model,the dynamic shear modulus is normalized toG/G_(max).With different mix ratios conditions,the results show that 30%steel slag content can be used to replace 15%or less cement to reinforce the silty clay foundation.The test results clarified the feasibility of applying steel slag to the treatment of silty clay foundation,which has practical engineering significance.
