Music property right is different from general economic right,although there is no unified theory definition at present,but it has legislative practice definition.Its essential connotation refers to music right holder’s owning interests of musical expression forms or retaining qualification of the interests.Music right holder,direct object,right basis and right content are elements included in concept of music property right.On the Silk Road,Kazakhstan is a big country in Central Asia,and its music property right content system is composed of non-property right,property right and comprehensive right.Right of identity and renunciation in non-property right of music property right subject,exclusive right,use right,licence right and transfer right in property right of music property owners,as well as payment right and other comprehensive right in music property owner’s comprehensive right,shows fully characteristics of its own history and culture.Deep analysis of content system of music property right in Kazakhstan is of great value in promoting music exchange and people-to-people communication between China and Kazakhstan.
