摘要
在基层文化治理的语境下,拥有不同社会资源和多元行为策略的社会组织,成为参与社区文化治理的补充力量。文化社会组织通过对文化产品的"共创",建立社区、居民、政府联系的文化互动场域,实现社区"文化自治";鼓励、管理社会力量创制具有凝聚力的文化产品,提供增量文化服务,成为社区文化治理现代化的重要议题。
In the context of grassroots cultural governance,social organizations with different social resources and multiple behavioral strategies have become a supplementary force for participating in community cultural governance.Through the"co-creation"of cultural products,cultural and social organizations establish a cultural interaction field for the connection of communities,residents and the government to achieve community"cultural autonomy".Encourage and manage social forces to create cohesive cultural products and provide incremental cultural services,has become an important issue for the modernization of community cultural governance.
