摘要
重大危机事件发生后,学生对于心理干预存在普遍需求,但目前的矛盾在于学校心理危机干预的理念和行动无法有效满足学生的需求。学校应当确立对危机事件心理干预的积极态度并付诸行动,具体包括:加强心理健康教育;建立和完善心理危机干预系统;进行专题培训,提高教师的心理危机干预能力;重视与家长的联系沟通,形成家校合力;积极争取专业机构的协作支持,给学生提供专业的心理干预服务,促进学生学会和善于求助。
After major crisis emergencies,there is a universal demand for psychological intervention among students.But the ideas and actions that schools have in this aspect cannot meet students'needs.To provide professional service of psychological intervention and encourage students to learn how to ask for help in a better way,schools have the responsibility and necessity to show their positive attitudes and take actions.The concrete measures include:paying more attention to the education of mental health,buildingand perfecting the psychological intervention system,providing special training toimprove teachers'ability to intervene in psychological crisis,communicating more frequently with parents to establish a stronger bond between families and schools,and actively striving for the cooperation and support of professional organizations.
