摘要
教师是教育发展的第一资源,新时代急需培养和造就一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质专业化队伍。师范生作为教师队伍的后备军,兼具受教育者和教育者的特殊身份,其师德修养不容小觑。师范生要承担立德树人的根本任务,明确“我是谁”和“我要做什么”的修养自觉,从“我”与自身、与学生、与教师、与党和国家的关系中透视出师德的内生性、启迪性、感召性和目标性等基本特质。相应地,师德修养的价值表现为:激励自身养成高尚的道德人格,成为学生心目中的“人师”,提升教师队伍的整体素质,促进我国教育事业的稳步发展。“我”如何做才能促使师德修养的价值实现,要做到坚持知行合一以实现认知之真,践行伦理之善以成就学生之美,恪守底线思维以守住师德底线,谨记教育使命以筑牢精神家园。
Teachers are the primary resources of educational development.In the new era,we urgently need to train and foster a high-quality and professional team with noble virtues,professional skills,rational structure and vitality・As the reserve army of teachers,normal university students have the special identities of educatees and educators.Their morality shouldn't be underestimated.Normal university students should undertake the basic task of fostering virtue through education and know clearly“who I am”and“what I want to do”.From the relationships among“I”and me,students,teachers,the party and the country,they should see basic characteristics of teachers’ethics which are endogenous,enlightening,inspiring and targeted.Accordingly,the values of teachers'moral cultivation are to motivate teachers themselves to develop a notable moral personality,to be a“good teacher”in the minds of students,to improve overall qualities of teachers'team,and to promote the steady development of China s education.To achievethe values of teachers’moral cultivation,normal university students should adhere to the unity of knowledge and action to realize the truth of cognition,practice the goodness of ethics to meet the needs of students,abide by the bottom-line thinking to keep the bottom line of teachers’ethics,and keep in mind the educational mission to build a spiritual home.
