常态化疫情防控背景下戒毒场所开展康复训练工作的思考

Thoughts on Drug Rehabilitation Centers Carrying Out Exercise Intervention in the Context of Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control

新型冠状病毒肺炎传染性强、病死率高,已引发全球大流行。目前全球疫情防控形势非常严峻,而且疫情在短期内不可能完全结束。我国随着疫情防控全局战略的不断推进,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情得以有效控制,疫情防控进入常态化。在此常态化疫情防控特殊背景下,本文分析和探讨了戒毒场所继续推进康复训练工作的必要性、前提和特殊要求,并提出了化"疫情危机"为"戒治契机"积极推进戒毒康复训练基础机制、实证研究,以及康复训练智能化建设,以期在常态化疫情防控背景下为科学开展戒毒康复训练工作注入新的活力。

Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is highly infectious,has a high mortality rate,and has caused a global pandemic.At present,the pandemic is very severe,and cannot completely resolve in a short period of time.COVID-19 is effectively controlled in China by the national epidemic prevention and control strategy.Under the special background of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,this paper analyzes and discusses the premise and necessity of Exercise Intervention,and puts forward some special requirements of evidence-based exercise.To turn the epidemic crisis into an opportunity,we need to actively strengthen basic research mechanism,evidence-based research,and intelligentization of exercise intervention,so as to inject new vitality into exercise intervention in the context of normalized epidemic prevention and control.
