An Analysis on the Development of Denmark’s Drug Policy

本文梳理了丹麦毒品政策演变的基本脉络,从丹麦的毒品政策导向特征分析入手,对其发展过程进行评价。丹麦毒品政策的发展呈现出波动性和反复性,同时融入了公共卫生导向和司法惩戒导向,并对毒品供需方采取不同措施,不趋同于欧洲大部分国家的毒品政策,这种同时融入两种导向,区别对待供需方的毒品政策对我国具有一定参考意义。

This paper summarizes the development of Denmark’s drug policy,and evaluates the process by analysis of the orientation of the policy’s character.The development of Denmark’s drug policy is fluctuating and contains public health and judicial punishment orientation.Denmark takes different approaches to drug supply and demand,which is not consistent with drug policies in most European countries.
