摘要
目的:研究我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集我院2016—2020年监测与上报的ADR报告591例有效数据,采用回顾性分析方法对ADR类型、报告人职业及科室分布、患者性别及年龄、给药途径、药品种类、累及器官和(或)系统、严重ADR的主要药品及临床表现、ADR转归等方面进行统计分析。结果:591例ADR中"一般"的居多,有349例;ADR上报以临床药师为主;女性患者多于男性患者,ADR发生最多的人群为60岁以上的人群;给药途径以静脉滴注为主;药品种类中抗肿瘤类药引发ADR例数最多,其次为抗感染药物;ADR累及器官和(或)系统以消化系统为主,共369例;严重ADR的临床表现主要是骨髓抑制;591例ADR报告中大多数患者好转。结论:ADR的发生与患者年龄、给药途径及药物类别等多种因素有关,临床应重视ADR的监测,提高合理用药水平。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics and rules of adverse drug reactions(ADR)in our hospital,in order to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:Effective data of 591 ADR cases monitored and reported in our hospital from 2016 to 2020 were collected.The data of 591 ADR including ADR types,reporters and department distribution,patients,genders and ages,route of administration,drug types,involved organs and(or)systems,the main drug and the clinical manifestations of severe ADR were analyzed,etc.Results:Of the 591 ADR cases,349 were general.ADR was mainly reported by clinical pharmacists;female patients were more than male patients.ADR occurred most frequently in people over 60 years old.The main route of administration was intravenous infusion.The number of ADR cases caused by antitumor drugs was the largest,followed by anti-infective drugs.ADR mainly involved digestive system 369 cases.The main clinical manifestations of severe ADR were bone marrow suppression.Most of the 591 ADR cases were improved.Conclusion:ADR is related to multiple factors,including patients’age,route of administration and drug types,doctor should pay attention to ADR monitoring to improves the level of clinical rational drug use.
