Investigation of Commonly Used Analgesics in Geriatrics and Their Adverse Reactions

目的:调查老年科常用止痛药物及其不良反应。方法:回顾性分析我院2019年1月—2020年12月老年科常用止痛药物使用情况,并统计药物不良反应情况。结果:2019年及2020年,使用量排名前3的依次为吲哚美辛肠溶片、布洛芬片、对乙酰氨基酚片。2019年,止痛药物年销售金额排名前3的依次为布洛芬片、对乙酰氨基酚片、塞来昔布胶囊;2020年止痛药物年销售金额排名前3的依次为布洛芬片、塞来昔布胶囊、对乙酰氨基酚片。2019年及2020年,DDDs排序第一的均为吲哚美辛肠溶片。2019年及2020年,盐酸羟考酮缓释片、吲哚美辛肠溶片、盐酸曲马多分散片、盐酸吗啡缓释片的B/A均大于1。不同类型的止疼药物均存在一定的不良反应。结论:医院应根据止痛药物使用情况进行有效管理,促进止痛药物的合理使用。

Objective:To investigate commonly used analgesics and their adverse reactions in geriatrics.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the use of commonly used analgesics in geriatrics from January 2019 to 2020 in our hospital from January 2019 to 2020,and statistics of adverse drug reactions.Results:In 2019 and 2020,the top 3 used indomethacin enteric-coated tablets,ibuprofen tablets,and acetaminophen tablets were ranked in order.In 2019,the top 3 analgesic drugs in terms of annual sales value are ibuprofen tablets,acetaminophen tablets,and celecoxib capsules;in 2020,the top 3 analgesic drugs in terms of annual sales value are ibuprofen tablets and celecoxib capsules.Lecoxib capsules,acetaminophen tablets.In 2019 and 2020,indomethacin enteric-coated tablets ranked first in DDDs.In 2019 and 2020,the B/A of oxycodone hydrochloride sustainedrelease tablets,indomethacin enteric-coated tablets,tramadol hydrochloride dispersible tablets,and morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets were greater than 1.Different types of analgesics have certain adverse reactions.Conclusion:Hospitals should carry out effective management based on the use of analgesics to promote the rational use of analgesics.
