乌梅丸方加减联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎不良反应分析

Analysis of Adverse Reactions of Wumei Pill Formula Combined with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:探讨乌梅丸方加减联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的不良反应。方法:连续入选2018年10月—2021年5月在该院治疗的160例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各80例。对照组采用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合乌梅丸方加减治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、胃泌素-17(G-17)、降钙素原(PCT)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、异型增生积分、肠上皮化生积分及黏膜萎缩积分、不良反应。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率为98.8%,高于对照组的87.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组G-17水平高于对照组,PCT、CRP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后异型增生积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组肠上皮化生积分、黏膜萎缩积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率为5.1%,低于对照组的15.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌梅丸方加减联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎取得的效果较为明显,可有效改善患者临床症状,安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the adverse reactions of Wumeiwan prescription combined with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:Continuously selected 160 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were treated in the hospital from October 2018 to May 2021,and were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with esomeprazole magnesium entericcoated tablets,and the study group was treated with the addition and subtraction of Wumei Pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effects,gastrin-17(G-17)and procalcitonin(PCT),serum C-reactive protein(CRP)level,dysplasia score,intestinal metaplasia score and mucosal atrophy score,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 98.8%,which was higher than 87.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the G-17 level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and PCT and CRP were lower than the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.05);the score of dysplasia after treatment in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);while the comparison of the scores of intestinal metaplasia and mucosal atrophy between the two groups was not statistically different significance(P>0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.1%,which was lower than 15.1%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wumeiwan prescription combined with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets has a more obvious effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and has high safety.
