Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing measures on medication safety in department of cardiology. Methods:A total of 100 patients with cardiology who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 without standardized nursing measures were selected as the pre-implementation group.Another 100 patients with cardiology who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the post-implementation group. The mastery of drug knowledge, the incidence of adverse drug events and the satisfaction of patients with nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of drug storage, drug use, drug taboos, adverse reactions and treatment in the pre-implementation group were lower than those in the post-implementation group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug events in the pre-implementation group was 11.0%,which was lower than 3.0%in the post-implementation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients with nursing quality before implementation was 80.0%,which was lower than 96.0%of the postimplementation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing measures can improve nurses‘knowledge of drugs, reduce the incidence of adverse drug events, and improve patients’satisfaction.
