我国高等教育国际化领域研究主题识别与演化特征分析——基于文本挖掘的视角

An Analysis of Identification and Evolution Characteristics of Research Topics in the Internationalization of Higher Education in China-A Perspective based on Text Mining

为揭示高等教育国际化研究成果的主题内容及其演化规律,将CSSCI数据库中与高等教育国际化相关的文献摘要和文本作为数据源,采用时间序列回归分析、特征词分析,以及LDA主题模型分析,对数据源进行文本挖掘和文献梳理。研究发现,该领域的研究发展经历了初期萌芽、快速增长、增速放缓三个阶段,学者研究的关注点受到教育政策、国际政治与经济环境等因素的影响较大;我国学者在本领域研究主题的关注点主要在留学政策、研究生教育、影响因素、教师发展和合作办学这五个方面,且各个主题在不同时间段内表现出不均衡性的发展趋势;我国的高等教育国际化将向本土化、内涵式、高质量趋势发展。

In order to reveal the research content and evolution law of higher-education internationalization research results,use the abstract text of the literature related to the internationalization of higher education in CSSCI database as the data source and conduct text mining and literature sorting on data sources by means of time series regression analysis,feature word analysis and LDA topic model analysis.It is found that the research and development in this field has experienced such three stages as initial germination,rapid growth and slowdown.The focus of scholars'research is greatly affected by such factors as education policy,international political and economic environment.The focus of Chinese scholars on the research topics in this field is mainly in such five aspects as study-abroad policy,graduate education,influencing factors,teacher development and cooperative school running,and each topic shows an unbalanced development trend in different periods.Finally,it is proposed that the internationalization of higher education in China will develop towards localization,connotation and high quality.
