摘要
“1+X”证书制度,是新时期为提高职业教育水平、提升技术技能人才创新创业能力而提出的重要教育改革与制度创新。当前,在推进和完善人才培养工作过程中,依然存在着人才培养方案不科学、实践教学不足、缺乏有效教学评价机制以及师资水平有待提高的问题。基于“1+X”证书制度视角,高校创新创业人才培养应该制定科学的人才培养方案;拓宽实践教学渠道;注重过程性评价,重视学生创新创业意识培养;加强师资力量建设,提高教师综合素质。
“1+X”certificate system is an important educational reform and system innovation proposed by the state to improve the level of vocational education and the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of technical talents in the new era.At present,there exist some problems in the training process of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities in the perspective of“1+X”certificate system,such as unscientific talent training scheme,insufficient practical teaching,lack of effective teaching evaluation mechanism and the level of teachers to be improved.In the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities in the perspective of“1+X” certificate system,we should formulate a scientific talent training scheme,broaden the channels of practical teaching,pay attention to process evaluation and the cultivation of students’innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness,strengthen the development of teachers and improve their comprehensive quality.
