校企协同育人模式下高职院校“课岗证”融合教学创新研究 被引量:10

摘要 “课岗证”融合教学就是以校企合作为出发点,以工学结合为切入点,聚焦时代发展需要,以职业教育、用人岗位、职业认证为抓手,促进高职院校的教学改革和应用人才的充分就业。现阶段就是要依托校企协同育人,不断创新“课岗证”融合教育模式。从融合课程上应当优化体系化设置,推动需求导向的专业结构设计、项目主题的教学模块设计、打造三位一体的实践评价体系;从融合教材上应推进系统化开发,强调内容选择的实践性和综合性,增强排列机构的递进性和互补性,突出开发标准的时代性和服务性;从融合文化上应注重流动性的提升,做好职业精神的多元化培养、制度文化的多元化协商和企业文化的多途径融通。 The school-enterprise mode of"double-subject education"is an important way to realize this function.By integrating course-post certificate into teaching,we take school-enterprise cooperation as a starting point and work-study combination as a breakthrough point to focus on the development needs of the times,and takes vocational education,employment post and vocational certification as a starting point to promote the teaching reform of vocational colleges and the full employment of applied professionals.At this stage,we should rely on the school-enterprise cooperation to educate people and constantly innovate the integrated education mode of course-post certificate.In terms of integrated curriculum,we should carry out systematic setting to promote the demand-oriented professional structure design,the design of project-theme teaching module and create a trinity practical evaluation system,and in terms of the integration of textbooks,we should carry out the systematic development,emphasizing practicality and comprehensiveness in the selection of content,progressiveness and complementarity in the arrangement mechanism,and epochalness and service in the development standard,and in terms of cultural integration,we should pay attention to the improvement of mobility and do well in the diversified cultivation of professional spirit,the diversified negotiation of institutional culture and the multi-channel integration of corporate culture.
