摘要
新加坡教师教育政策历经四个阶段,分别为生存驱动阶段、效率取向阶段、能力本位阶段和价值导向阶段。在历史沿革中,新加坡基于“以学生为中心、以价值为导向”的教育理念,逐渐形成了新型教师教育模式、专业化教师成长体系。我国应以“价值+知识+技能”为框架,规划教师职前培养;以“能力与意愿”为导向,推动教师师资甄选;以“内发式”为基本原则,深化教师专业发展;以“螺旋递进式”为策略,开展教师实习培育;以“联合协作”为保障,完善教师培养模式。
The teachers’ education policy of Singapore has gone through such four historical stages as survival-driven stage, efficiency-oriented stage, ability-based stage and value-oriented stage. In the historical evolution,Singapore has gradually formed a new teachers’ education model and professional teachers’ growth system based on the educational concept of "student-centered and value oriented". In view of this,China should plan teachers’ pre-service training with the "value + knowledge + skills"as the framework,promote teachers’ selection with the "ability and willingness"as the guidance,deepen teachers’ professional development with the"internal development"as the basic principle,carry out teachers’ practical training with the "spiral progressive"as the strategy,and improve the teachers’ training mode with the"joint cooperation"as the guarantee.
