摘要 高质量的教师才能成就高质量的教育。职前教师教学设计能力检核模型构建的卓越教师培养是培养高质量教师的有效途径。通过构建具体、微观、可观测的“教学设计能力检核模型”,收集职前教师的教学设计能力水平层级信息和提升需求层级信息,可以精准诊断职前教师的教学设计初始能力、知识起点和情感态度价值观现状,进而明确教学设计能力的显性需求和隐性需求。据此,卓越教师培养要设计明确的教学目标,整合有针对性的课程资源,选择有效的教学方式。 High-quality education can be achieved only by high-quality teachers. The cultivation of excellent teachers by the construction of checking model of pre-service teachers’ teaching design ability is an effective way to cultivate high-quality teachers. We can achieve the purpose of excellent training by constructing a specific,micro and observable reading model survey of "checking model of teaching design ability",collecting the level information of pre-service teachers’ teaching design ability and increasing the demand for level information, accurately diagnosing the current situation of pre-service teachers’ initial teaching design ability,knowledge starting point,emotional attitude and values,clarifying the explicit and implicit needs of teaching design ability,designing the clear teaching objectives,integrating the targeted curriculum resources,and selecting the effective teaching methods.
