摘要 为了检测混凝土构件裂缝注胶修补质量,首先,通过不锈钢钢板在混凝土梁上预制6个深度为15cm的裂缝;其次,对预制的6条裂缝按3,4.5,6,9,12和15 cm进行注胶修补处理;最后,利用单面平测法对每个裂缝进行超声法检测试验,并通过比较混凝土构件完好区域的首波声时及波幅与6条裂缝修补后的首波声时及波幅,来判定混凝土构件裂缝注胶修补质量.试验结果表明:当混凝土裂缝修补区域首波声时及波幅检测平均值与混凝土完好区域首波声时及波幅的绝对误差均小于混凝土裂缝修补区域首波声时及波幅标准差时,可判定混凝土裂缝注胶修补已密实. In order to test the quality of repairing the cracks of concrete components,six cracks with a depth of 15 cm were prefabricated on the concrete beams with stainless steel plates,and the six prefabricated cracks were repaired by 3,4.5,6,9,12 and 15 cm.The single-sided flat measurement method is used to conduct ultrasonic testing for each crack.By comparing the sound time and amplitude of the first wave of the intact area of the concrete component with that of the six cracks repaired,the quality of the repair of the concrete component cracks can be judged.The experimental results show that when the absolute error of the first wave sound time and amplitude detection average of the concrete crack repair area and the first wave sound time and amplitude standard deviation of the concrete intact area is smaller than the first wave sound time and the standard deviation of the wave amplitude in the concrete crack repair area,it can be determined that the concrete cracks have been repaired by glue injection.
