摘要
城市街道作为城市公共空间的重要组成部分,不仅承担着城市交通的基本功能,还兼具城市生活空间职能,如何优化街道空间是目前存量时代下注入城市活力和提升城市生活质量的关键.本文以武汉市吉庆街为研究对象,立足对城市街道现状的解读,从人流的时空分布和行为活动2个方面分析其空间活力,并运用层次分析法建立街道活力的评估体系,对影响其活力的因子进行权重计算,进而利用建立的评估体系对空间节点进行了检验.结果表明:准则层各指标权重为业态功能0.3410、交通功能0.3410、公共设施0.0900、空间形态0.1405、绿化景观0.0275、社会活动0.0602;通过对23个影响因子的重要性排序,可以发现交通通达度对街道活力的影响最大,其次是开发强度;可以从交通、业态和空间3个层面着手提高街道空间活力.
As an important part of urban public space,urban streets not only bear the basic functions of urban traffic,but also the functions of urban living space.How to optimize the street space is the key issue to inject urban vitality and improve the quality of urban life in the current stock era.This paper takes Jiqing street in Wuhan City as the research object,based on the interpretation of the current situation of urban streets,analyzes its spatial vitality from two aspects of temporal and spatial distribution and behavior of pedestrian flow,and establishes an evaluation system of street vitality by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The weights of the factors that affect its vitality are calculated,and then the spatial nodes are tested by the established evaluation system.The results show that the weight of each index in the criterion layer is:business function 0.3410,traffic function 0.3410,public facilities 0.0900,spatial form 0.1405,green landscape 0.0275,social activities 0.0602;By ranking the importance of the 23 influencing factors,it can be found that traffic accessibility has the greatest impact on street vitality,followed by development intensity.We can improve the vitality of street space from three aspects:traffic,format and space.
