掺炼催化柴油对渣油加氢装置的影响

摘要 介绍了中石油云南石化有限公司在在渣油加氢脱硫装置进料中掺量少量比例的催化柴油的应用情况。结果表明,在渣油加氢脱硫装置中掺炼一定比例的催化柴油,可以改善渣油加氢脱硫装置原料油的残炭值、硫含量、黏度等各项性能,但同时也会带来一定的不利影响。通过掺炼后的数据对比,综合分析了渣油加氢脱硫装置掺炼催化柴油的具体情况,也为催化柴油的处理提供了一种途径。 Petrochina yunnan petrochemical co.,LTD.,were introduced in this paper the content in the residue hydrodesulfurization unit feed a small proportion of the use of catalytic diesel oil,the results showed that the blending proportion in the residue hydrodesulfurization unit of catalytic diesel oil,can improve the residual oil hydrodesulfurization plant raw material oil,sulfur content,carbon residue value,viscosity and so on various performance,but it also brings some adverse effects.In this paper,the specific situation of mixing catalytic diesel oil in residue hydrodesulfurization unit is comprehensively analyzed by comparing the data after mixing,which also provides a way for the treatment of catalytic diesel oil.
