随着国家石油化工行业的日益发展,对油库安全性的要求也越来越高,伴随着经济的快速增长,油库因安全管理不当而导致的火灾爆炸更是愈发增加。因此,针对油库的日常安全管理,以及员工应急安全培训等方面存在的问题。总结归纳了近年来油库常见的一些如设备损坏、人员疏忽、处理不当等导致的一系列油库安全事故。并在此基础上针对性地提出各种突发情况的应对策略,总结以往的经验教训,提出以虚拟仿真技术为基础的员工培训方法,以拓宽油库安全管理和员工安全培训的相关理论基础和技术方法,为更好地提高油库的安全性能奠定基础。

With the increasing development of the national petrochemical industry,the society has higher and higher requirements for the safety of oil depots.With the rapid economic growth,the fire and explosion of oil depots due to improper safety management is increasing.Therefore,it is aimed at the daily safety management of the oil depot and the problems existing in the emergency safety training of employees.A series of oil depot safety accidents,such as equipment damage,negligence of personnel,and improper handling,which are common in oil depots in recent years,are summarized.And on this basis,and on this basis,various emergency response strategies have been put forward in a targeted manner,and experience and lessons have been summarized,an employee training method based on virtual simulation technology is proposed to broaden the theoretical basis and related theoretical foundations of oil depot safety management and employee safety training.Technical methods lay the foundation for better improving the safety performance of oil depots.
