摘要
液化天然气(LNG)全容罐主要分为双金属全容储罐、预应力混凝土全容储罐2种类型,且2种类型全容罐设计及建造技术均非常成熟,具有较高的安全性,本文以10万m^(3)全容储罐为例,以关键工序及施工工艺为切入点,对2种全容储罐建设周期及影响因素进行客观且详细的比较分析,其中两种储罐设计及采办工期差异性较小,在穹顶混凝土浇筑保压、墙体衬里安装及检验等工序的工期有所差异。
LNG full containment tanks are mainly divided into two types:bimetal full containment storage tanks and prestressed concrete full containment storage tanks,And the design and construction technology of the two types of full containment tanks are very mature and have high safety.This article takes a full-capacity storage tank of 100,000 cubic meters as an example,Taking key procedures and construction techniques as the starting point,objective and detailed comparative analysis of the construction period and influencing factors of the two full-capacity storage tanks,Among them,the difference in the design and procurement period of the two storage tanks is small,There are differences in the construction period of the dome concrete pouring and pressure holding,wall lining installation and inspection.
