连续油管水平井快速修井施工应用

摘要 目前江汉油田低效油井大都在低渗透的低产油区。由于产量任务增加,为完成任务要对一些老井进行冲砂解堵等一些小修施工,这些施工变相的增加作业费用,提高了原油开采成本。通过使用连续油管代替传统修井机施工来进行井下小修作业能达到上井安装快捷,完井拆卸快,比正常修井作业施工周期短,能在带压工况下直接作业,大幅度降低工人劳动强度,达到企业降本节能的目的。 At present,most of the inefficient oil Wells in Jianghan Oilfield are located in the low permeability and low oil production area.At the same time,due to the aggravation of production task,in order to complete the task,some minor repairs,such as sand washing and plugging removal,have to be carried out on some old Wells,which increases the operation cost in a disguised way and increases the cost of crude oil exploitation.Using coiled tubing instead of traditional workover rig to carry out downhole minor repairs can achieve faster installation on well,faster completion and disassembly,shorter construction period than normal workover operation,direct operation under pressure condition,greatly reduce labor intensity of workers,for the purpose of reducing cost and saving energy for enterprises.
