Design of special power cable clamps for reciprocating submersible pump in offshore oilfield

往复式潜油电泵在海上油田应用出现了三井次电缆挤伤的现象,通过拆检发现,传统潜油电泵应用的动力电缆护罩并不适用于往复式潜油电泵。针对该问题,研究开发了海上油田往复式潜油电泵专用电缆护罩,将电缆与接箍隔离开,可避免电缆挤伤问题的出现。

The cables of reciprocating submersible pump for three wells are crushed in offshore oil field.Through disassembly and inspection,the power cable clamps used in traditional electric submersible pump are not suitable for reciprocating submersible pump.To solve this problem,the special cable clamps for reciprocating submersible pump in offshore oilfield are studied to separate the cable from the coupling,which can avoid the problem of cable crush.
