多孔限流孔板在化工装置中的应用

摘要 本文根据HG-T 20570.15对齐鲁72万t/a乙烯改造工程项目热脱盐水加料泵的限流孔板规格进行计算,并采用模拟软件FLUENT6.3.26分析单孔、多孔孔板结构流场变化规律。模拟结果表明当单孔孔板引起管道震动时,选择合理孔数的多空孔板可有效改善流体流型,控制涡流现象,解决管道震动问题。 In this paper,according to HG-T 20570.15,the current-limiting orifice plate specifications of thermal desalting water feeding pump in qilu 720000 T/a ethylene reconstruction project are calculated,and the flow field variation rule of single-hole and multi-hole orifice plate structure is analyzed by using simulation software FLUENT6.3.26.The simulation results show that when the pipe vibration is caused by the single orifice plate,the multi-orifice plate with reasonable orifice number can effectively improve the fluid flow pattern,control the eddy current phenomenon and solve the pipe vibration problem.
