铁路大型养路机械自动灭火装置选择及灭火模拟实验研究

摘要 为有效应对铁路大型养路机械火灾,特选择一种探火管式超细干粉自动灭火系统。该系统通过探测温度自动启动探火管及容器阀从而实现自动灭火;同时增加手动灭火作为应急启动。根据DWL-48捣固稳定车内发动机及其机舱情况,对灭火系统进行合理布置;对超细干粉用量进行计算,并以同等尺寸铁皮棚模拟发动机舱进行自动灭火实验。实验表明,该系统能很好自动启动探火管,并在5s内彻底灭火。 In order to effectively deal with the fire of large railway maintenance machinery,a superfine powder automatic fire extinguishing system with fire detection tube is selected.Manual fire extinguishing is added as emergency start.Based on the DWL-48 tamping and stabilizing the engine and its cabin in the car,this study calculates the amount of superfine powder,reasonably arranges the fire extinguishing system,and uses the same size iron house to simulate the engine room for automatic fire extinguishing experiments.Experiments show that the system can automatically start the fire detection tube,and extinguish the fire within 5 seconds to completely extinguish the fire.
