固卫防感膏治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染肺脾气虚型的疗效及对中医证候评分和免疫球蛋白的影响

Efficacy of Zengmian Kanggan Prescription on recurrent respiratory tract infection of lung spleen-deficiency in children and its influence on immune index

目的观察固卫防感膏治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)肺脾气虚型的疗效及对中医证候评分和免疫球蛋白的影响。方法将148例RRTI肺脾气虚型患儿按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组75例予脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗,治疗组73例予固卫防感膏口服治疗,2组均治疗15 d,治疗后随访1年。比较2组疗效;观察2组治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG及IgM水平变化;观察2组治疗前后中医证候评分变化;观察2组治疗前1年、随访1年发病次数变化。结果治疗组总有效率89.04%(65/73),对照组总有效率70.67%(53/75),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后IgA、IgG及IgM水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组IgA、IgG及IgM水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候面色少华、形体消瘦、少气懒言、食少纳呆、多汗、动则多汗评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组随访1年发病次数均低于本组治疗前1年(P<0.05),且治疗组随访1年发病次数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论固卫防感膏治疗小儿RRTI,能提高患儿免疫功能,改善临床症状。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Zengmian Kanggan Prescription on recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)of lung spleen-deficiency in children and its influence on immune index.Methods Totally 148 children with RRTI(lung spleen-deficiency)were randomly divided into two groups,75 cases in control group were treated with spleen ammonia peptide oral freeze-dried powder,and 73 cases in treatment group with oral administration of Zengmian Kanggan Prescription.The treatment continued 15 days,and follow-up was performed on year 1 posttreatment.The aim was to compare immune index including serum immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG and IgM;traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score.The incidence frequency was counted at year 1 pretherapy versus year 1 post-treatment;the curative effect was counted.Results The total response rates in treatment group and control group were 89.04%(65/73)and 70.67%(53/75),respectively,the curative effect being better in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IgA,IgG and IgM in treatment group were increased in comparison with before treatment(P<0.05),which were higher in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05);TCM syndrome(lusterless complexion,thin body,short breath and lazy words,less appetite,more sweat,sweat when moving)scores in groups were decreased(P<0.05),which in treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Follow-up was performed for 1 year,incidence frequency in groups was decreased as compared with year 1 pretherapy(P<0.05),treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with RRTI,Zengmian Kanggan Prescription is capable of improving immune function and clinical symptoms.
