实现美好生活是中国共产党带领全国人民在新时代的奋斗目标,是中国共产党对人民群众的庄严承诺,也为理论研究和实践探索带来了一个新课题。人民群众的美好生活要在人民群众的生活世界中进行认识并寻找针对性的实践路径设计。以人们在不同活动场域涉及的社会关系为分析基点,生活场域是实现美好生活诸需求更具基础性的场域,基层治理是与生活场域最为接近的治理领域,因此成为实现美好生活的主要治理领域。当下,在党的领导和推动下,需要构建以实现美好生活为目标和功能导向的基层治理体系,以推进人民群众新时代美好生活的实现。

To realize a better life is the goal of the Communist Party of China to lead the people of the whole country in the new era.It is the solemn commitment of the Communist Party of China to the people.It also brings a new topic for theoretical research and practical exploration.The people’s better life should be understood in the people’s life world and find the targeted practical path design.Based on the analysis of the social relations involved in different activity fields,the life field is a more basic field for realizing the needs of a better life,and grass-roots governance is the governance field closest to the life field.Therefore,grass-roots governance has become the main governance field for realizing a better life.At present,under the leadership and promotion of CPC,we need to build a grass-roots governance system with the goal and function orientation of realizing a better life,so as to promote the realization of a better life for the people in the new era.
