糖皮质激素联合羟氯喹治疗系统性红斑狼疮皮疹的临床效果

Clinical effect of Glucocorticoid combined with Hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus rash

目的分析和评价糖皮质激素联合羟氯喹治疗系统性红斑狼疮皮疹的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至12月上饶市人民医院收治的60例系统性红斑狼疮皮疹患者作为研究对象,患者均为女性。按照入院顺序单双号分为对照组和研究组,每组30例,对照组采取单一的糖皮质激素进行治疗,研究组采取糖皮质激素联合羟氯喹的方式进行治疗,比较两组的红斑狼疮活动度、炎症指标红细胞沉降率水平、C3补体、康复总有效率以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组红斑狼疮活动度和炎症指标红细胞沉降率水平低于对照组,C3补体水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的康复总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组胃肠道反应、白细胞轻度降低、头晕不适的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用糖皮质激素联合羟氯喹治疗系统性红斑狼疮皮疹,能够有效降低红斑狼疮活动评分和炎症指标红细胞沉降率水平,有效提升C3补体水平,而且能够显著提升临床治疗总有效率,降低各项不良反应的发生,可以在该病的临床治疗中广泛使用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of Glucocorticoid combined with Hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus rash.Methods A total of 60 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus rash admitted to Shangrao City People's Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were all female.According to the order of admission,single and double numbers were divided into control group and study group,each with 30 cases.The control group was treated with a single Glucocorticoid,and the study group used Glucocorticoid combined with Hydroxychloroquine for treatment,the lupus erythematosus activity,inflammatory index erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C3 complement,total effective rate of rehabilitation,and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The lupus erythematosus activity and inflammatory index erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the C3 complement level was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of rehabilitation of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions,mild white blood cell reduction,dizziness and discomfort in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Glucocorticoids combined with Hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus rash can effectively reduce the lupus erythematosus activity score and inflammatory index erythrocyte sedimentation rate,effectively increase the level of C3 complement,and can significantly improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment and reduce various adverse effects The occurrence of reaction,the clinical effect of this treatment method is significant,and it can be widely used in the clinical treatment of the disease.
