急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样斑块形成的相关因素

Related factors of carotid atheromatous plaque formation for acute cerebral infarction patients

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样斑块形成的相关因素。方法选取2019年9月至2021年4月江西省新余市人民医院收治的130例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,依据是否有颈动脉斑块分为无颈动脉斑块组(30例)和有颈动脉斑块组(100例)。观察两组的主要临床特征,并采用多因素logistics回归分析方程分析急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样斑块形成的影响因素。结果单因素分析显示,收缩压、体重指数、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、胱抑素C(CysC)是影响急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样斑块形成的相关因素(P<0.05);两组的性别、年龄、舒张压、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素分析结果显示,CysC是导致急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样斑块形成的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血清CysC参与颈动脉粥样斑块的形成,血清CysC水平升高是导致急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样斑块形成的独立危险因素。

Objective To explore the related factors of carotid atheromatous plaque formation for acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods A total of 130 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Xinyu People′s Hospital of Jiangxi Province from September 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According on whether there were carotid plaque,they were divided into no carotid plaque group(30 cases)and carotid plaque group(100 cases).The main clinical characteristics of both groups were observed,and multivariate logistics regression analysis equations were used to analyze the factors affecting carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Results Univariate analysis showed that systolic blood pressure,body mass index,low density lipaprotein cholosterol,and cystatin C(Cys C)were related factors affecting carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation in patients with acute cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Compared between the sex,age,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,and triacylglycerol were not significantly significant(P>0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that CysC is an independent risk factor for carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation in acute cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CysC is involved in the formation of carotid atherosclerotic plaques,and elevated serum CysC levels are an independent risk factor for carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
