二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血清热休克蛋白70的影响及临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血清热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的影响及临床分析。方法选取2018年6月至2020年12月在菏泽医学专科学校附属医院内分泌科住院治疗的92例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组各49例。对照组患者采用饮食运动控制,试验组患者给予口服二甲双胍及饮食运动控制,若血糖控制不达标则给予胰岛素降糖。比较两组患者治疗前后的体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及血清HSP70水平。结果治疗后,两组患者的FPG及HbA1c水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的BMI与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者的血清HSP70水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组患者的血清HSP70水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍可明显降低2型糖尿病患者的血清HSP70水平。 Objective To explore the effect of Metformin on serum heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in patients with type 2 diabetes and its clinical analysis.Methods A total of 92 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology,Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 49 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given diet and exercise control,while patients in experimental group were given oral Metformin and diet and exercise control.If blood glucose control was not up to standard,insulin was given to reduce glucose.Body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and serum HSP70 levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of FPG and HbA1c in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in BMI between the groups compared with before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum HSP70 level of experimental group was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significance difference in serum HSP70 level of control group compared with before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin can significantly reduce the serum HSP70 level in patients with type 2 diabetes.
