摘要
采用聚纺一体化设计,配套最新一代TMT 32头纺丝、拉伸、卷绕设备,通过设备升级改造、工艺优化等方法制得质量优异的阳离子染料可染涤纶(简称阳离子涤纶)牵伸丝。与其他阳离子涤纶牵伸丝的制备工艺相比,该工艺打破了聚合、纺丝在空间分布上界限分明的传统,实现阳离子聚酯熔体在管道内短距离、低温、低黏度输送,提高了熔体质量,延长了检修周期;通过设备的升级改造,实现了单位产量提高、拉伸环节加热效率提升、油烟挥发减少;通过工艺优化,实现了生产稳定性及产品质量的提升。整套生产设备和工艺具有节能、环保的优点,更加符合绿色发展理念。
The excellent quality cationic dyeable polyester drawn yarn is produced by dopting the integrat⁃ed design of poly-spinning,supporting the latest generation of TMT32 spinning,drawing and winding equip⁃ment,through equipment upgrading and transformation,process optimization and other methods.Compared with other preparation processes of cationic polyester drawn yarns,the tradition of clear spatial distribution of polymerization and spinning is broken,short-distance,low-temperature and low-viscosity transportation of cationic polyester melt in the pipeline is realized,the quality of the melt is improved and the mainte⁃nance cycle is extended.Through equipment upgrades,the unit output is increased,the heating efficiency in the stretching process is improved,and the oil fume volatilization is reduced.Through process optimiza⁃tion,production stability and product quality improvement are achieved.The whole set of production equip⁃ment and processes have the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection,which are more in line with the concept of green development.
