摘要
总结生产过程中原料应用大数据,分析聚乙烯物性参数、相对分子质量及其分布,研究其可纺性的影响因素。通过分析、研究和实践,发现聚乙烯分子质量、分子质量分布在一个适当范围内时,原料损耗低、生产稳定、可纺性最优。根据分析结果,成功开发出一种新牌号聚乙烯作为新的生产原料。
The big data of raw material application in the production process is summarized,the physical pa⁃rameters,molecular weight and distribution of polyethylene are analyzed,and the influencing factors of its spinnability are studied.Through analysis,research and practice,it is found that when the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of polyethylene are within an appropriate range,the loss of raw materials is low,the production is stable,and its spinnability is optimal.According to the analysis results,a new brand of polyethylene has been successfully developed as a new production raw material.
